Customer Service
For support or any questions or press inquiries, please email, merch@faragothelabel.com. Responses are sent within two to three business days.

Order Processing
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. Orders are dispatched in the order that they are received. If an order is pre-sale, the estimated shipping date will be indicated.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Payment Options
Farago the Label accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Taxes and Duties
Please note all orders are subject to taxes and duties issues by the country of delivery. Additional charges may apply and are not under the control or influence of Farago the Label.

Sales and Discounts
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, e-gift card or exchange. No exceptions will be made for size, fit, or fabric issues. Price adjustments will not be honoured for items at a reduced price.
